We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but due to the nature of our food products, we have a no returns policy for health and safety reasons. However, if there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help!
Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@varofoods.com with the following details:

✅ A description of the issue
✅ Photos of the affected item(s)
Once we review your claim, we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Orders can only be cancelled if they haven’t yet been processed for dispatch. If you need to cancel, please email us at sales@varofoods.com as soon as possible.
- Refunds will only be issued for orders that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Lost or Delayed Deliveries
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please check your tracking details. If you need further assistance, reach out to us at sales@varofoods.com, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.
