Married to a Nigerian I could never quite get it right however sneaky me used this to make jollof and heaped with praise - could be hotter was the only comment - started with medium will now use the hot! He thinks I’ve been standing for ages making it - bonus but need to hide the empty bottles !

Very tasty jollof sauce! Can be used not just to make jollof rice. I used it for a taste tomato stew which was used to eat white rice, yam and chips. I would highly recommend it!

Love it, great taste and just the right heat for me.
I’ve used it on loads of meals. Goes great with poached eggs.
