How to Make Jollof Chicken Baguette Melt with Varo Jollof Sauce

Ingredients
-1 bottle of Varo jollof sauce
-200g shredded chicken breast
-10cm long baguette
-1/2 tsp ginger /garlic paste
-1/2 red bell pepper finely sliced
-1/2 yellow bell pepper finely sliced
-200g mozzarella cheese
-1tbsp salted butter
-1/2tsp of parsley
-1/2tsp seasoning powder
How to Make
-In a skillet , sauté shredded chicken breast with the unsalted butter till its partially cooked under low heat
-Add 1/2 tsp of seasoning powder. Stir thoroughly till its cooked
-Add finely sliced onion and your ginger and garlic paste to pan and stir to combine.
-Add 1 bottle of Varo Jollof Sauce and mix gently, releasing the flavour of the sauteed shredded chicken into the jollof sauce
-Leave to cook for 2 minutes and top up with some parsley.
-Cut baguette bread into shape of choice
-Add a layer of shredded chicken sauce
-Add mozzarella cheese over the chicken sauce
-Garnish with bell peppers
-Transfer layered baguette bread into a skillet, cover and leave to cook for 5 minutes under low heat till its crispy and the cheese has dissolved
-Serve with Varo Jollof Sauce as dip
