How to make Jambalaya Rice with Varo Jollof Sauce

Ingredients
•1 Varo medium jollof sauce
•100g tomato paste
•400g long grain rice washed
•1/2 red bell peppers
•1/2 yellow bell pepper
•1/2 green bell pepper
•2 hot dogs or sausage sliced
•100g shrimp peeled and deveined
•250g chicken breasts cut into little bits
•1 onion sliced
•1 tbsp unsalted butter
•1 tbsp ginger/garlic paste
•1 green onion sliced
•1/2 cup vegetable oil
Spices
•1/2 tsp salt
•1 tsp black pepper
•1 tsp paprika
•1/2 tsp Thyme
•1/2 tsp oregano
Instructions
-Add vegetable oil into pan
-Add Varo sauce and stir properly
-Add tomato paste and mix to combine
-Add already washed rice and mix
-Cover up for 2 minutes
-Add water and allow to cook
-In a heated pan add some salted butter
-Add all your proteins ( sausage, shrimp, chicken breast)
-Add your ginger and garlic paste and saute till the protein is 80% cooked
-Add your onion and stir
-Add your bell peppers and stir thoroughly
-Add your spices and cook for a minute
—Open your rice and give it a good mix
-Add your protein and vegetables mix and give it a good stir
-Cover and allow to cook for 2 minutes
-Serve with any protein of choice
