How to make Chinese Tomato Noodles with Varo Jollof Sauce

Noodles have been a symbol of longevity and prosperity in Chinese culture for over 4,000 years, making them a must-have for the Lunar New Year!
This year, give your Chinese Tomato Noodles a bold upgrade with Varo Jollof Sauce—rich, tangy, and full of flavor! Ready to cook up something exciting? Let’s dive in!
Ingredients:
•1/2 bottle Varo Jollof Sauce MEDIUM
•3 large eggs
•1 tsp sesame oil + extra for drizzling
•1 lb your favourite noodles
•Scallions (some chopped for garnish)
•Optional: 2 thin ginger slices
•3 minced garlic cloves
•1 tbsp sugar
•2 cups broth or water
•1 tbsp soy sauce
•2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
1. Heat a splash of oil in a pan. Scramble eggs with a spatula, until just set. Remove and keep aside.
2. Boil noodles with a pinch of salt. Drain and set aside.
3. Heat a bit more oil. Fry ginger (if using) and garlic briefly. Stir in Varo Jollof Sauce, cook till it simmers.
4. Add broth/water. Simmer. Season with salt, sugar, and soy sauce.
5. Toss in the scrambled eggs, breaking them into pieces. Drizzle with sesame oil.
6. Top with scallions. Dig into your zesty Chinese Tomato Noodles!
