How to make Fiery stuffed peppers with Chicken in Varo Jollof Sauce

Ingredients:
• 1 Varo Jollof Sauce HOT
• 1 pack Varo Jollof Rice Original
• 2 chicken breasts, boneless & skinless
• Pinch of salt and black pepper
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 onion, finely diced
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 cup white wine
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• 1 tsp dried basil
• 1⁄3 cup cream (light or heavy)
• 2 large red peppers
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• Optional: cheese for topping
Instructions
1.Sizzle Chicken: In olive oil, cook chicken seasoned with basil, salt, and pepper
until browned. Set aside.
2. Sauté Aromatics: Melt butter, add onions, then garlic. Stir in wine, reduce.
3. Sauce Time: Mix in Varo Jollof Sauce HOT, add herbs and cream. Return
chicken to skillet, simmer until cooked.
4. Prep Peppers: Hollow out red peppers. Stuff with cooked Varo Jollof Rice. Top
with your favourite cheese.
5. Bake to Perfection: Bake or air-fry peppers until cheese melts and peppers are
tender.
6. Serve: Plate up stuffed peppers with creamy chicken on the side.
