How to make Salmon Sauce with Varo Jollof Sauce

Ingredients
-1 Varo Jollof hot sauce
-12 oz salmon cut into fillets
-2-3 garlic cloves minced
-½ teaspoon paprika optional
-30g unsalted butter
-⅓ cup water
-1/2 tsp salt
-1 tsp Pepper
-2 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
-Heat butter in a skillet on medium heat.
-Add minced garlic and cook for a few seconds.
-Add varo hot jollof sauce into pan and stir
-Add some paprika and cook 2-3 min.
-Add water and bring mixture to boil. Season with salt and pepper.
-Place salmon fillets in the sauce and cook for about 2-3 min.
-Flip the salmon and cook for another 2-3 min.
-Finally, garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve warm with already heated Varo Jollof Rice
-Serve with Varo Jollof rice
