We're putting a twist to your usual garlic bread recipe using our star ingredient - JOLLOF SAUCE. Jollof sauce is spread with garlic butter on a soft baguette slice, with cheese to make a tangy, spicy and a mouth watering snack.
Ingredients
- 1pc Sliced Baguette
- 5g of garlic butter
- 10g of Cheddar cheese (grated)
- 10g of Mozzarella cheese (grated)
- 5g mayonnaise
- Oregano (to taste)
- 5g of Jollof sauce (medium)
- Salt (to taste)
- Black Pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Spread butter on the slice of baguette
- Mix mayonnaise and Jollof sauce together and spread it on the bread slice
- Mix both the cheese and spread it all over the bread and sprinkle seasonings as required
- Bake at 180 degree in air fryer until it turns crispy and golden brown
